Com2uS Roca Launches VR New Title 'Dark Sword' on Meta Store
Com2us announced on the 23rd that its subsidiary Com2usRoca has released its new VR (Virtual Reality) game, "Dark Sword: Battle Eternity" (hereafter referred to as "Dark Sword"), on the Meta store, a global VR specialized company.
"Dark Sword" is the first title from Com2usRoca, a VR game development company established by Com2us in 2021, and can be run independently on VR devices without additional equipment such as PCs. It is an action RPG based on a dark fantasy worldview.
Released on Meta, which holds the number one market share in the global VR device market, "Dark Sword" is expanding its service range to all regions where the Meta store is available, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Japan, and Taiwan, and is actively targeting the global market. "Dark Sword" is available in four languages?Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese?in 23 global regions.
Already, "Dark Sword" ranked first in both overall paid apps and newly released apps immediately after its launch on the Chinese store of the global VR company PICO in February, and achieved first place in paid app rankings following a multiplayer update on the 14th.
"Dark Sword" plans to release the game on the PICO global store in the future, further solidifying its position in the rapidly resurging global VR market, which is considered a blue ocean, while expanding its platform presence.
