Le Meridien Seoul Myeongdong Presents Three Types of 'Osoleil Bingsu'

Le Meridien Seoul Myeongdong announced on the 21st the launch of three types of 'Osoleil Bingsu' that capture traditional Korean flavors.
The Osoleil Bingsu consists of three varieties: Truffle Patbingsu, Earl Grey Mango Bingsu, and Blueberry Bingsu. The Truffle Patbingsu features premium ingredients such as truffle mushrooms and truffles, topped with three flavors of ice cream including truffle, red bean, and rajor. The Earl Grey Mango Bingsu is characterized by its refreshing taste, made with bingsu ice infused with Earl Grey tea bags, Earl Grey condensed milk syrup, fresh mango, and Hallabong sherbet. The Blueberry Bingsu is completed by pairing blueberry toppings with blueberry yogurt, strawberry yogurt, and grapefruit sherbet ice cream.
