Yoon Hee-geun, Commissioner of the National Police Agency, visited the Incheon Airport Customs Headquarters and the Incheon Airport Police Unit to encourage staff in efforts to block the smuggling of narcotics.
On the 21st, the National Investigation Headquarters of the National Police Agency announced that it will prevent the spread of drugs in advance through cooperation with Customs.
During a meeting with Kim Jae-il, Commissioner of the Incheon Airport Customs Headquarters, Commissioner Yoon urged active cooperation with the Incheon Airport Customs Headquarters, which accounts for 95% of the total narcotics seizures by the Korea Customs Service.
Commissioner Yoon experienced the inspection process of special express mail awaiting customs clearance at the Special Express Logistics Center and the activities of drug detection dogs.
