Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station Operates 'self-119' Simulation Experience Training Center
On the 20th, the Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station announced that it will operate an experiential education center using simulation equipment so that any citizen can experience and learn safety education at any time.
The 'self-119' simulation education center is located in the lobby on the first floor of the main building, allowing anyone visiting the Gwangsan Fire Station, including civil petitioners, to experience it.
The equipment installed in the experiential education center was selected last year as part of the Public Procurement Service's innovative product pilot project and was provided free of charge, enabling easier and more enjoyable learning and experience of CPR and fire extinguisher usage.

Shin Saeng-gyun, head of the 119 Disaster Response Division, said, “Through the operation of this experiential education center, we will minimize the safety education gap for citizens and provide citizen-centered administrative services.”
