Popularity of Jumbo Dosirak... GS25 App Membership and Sales Increase
GS Retail's convenience store GS25 has introduced a large-sized cup ramen called 'Jumbo Dosirak,' which has led to an increase in app membership and cup ramen sales.

GS25 announced on the 20th that the initial stock of about 50,000 units of Jumbo Dosirak was sold out, with the product being featured in SNS certification shots and YouTube mukbang content since its first release. Looking at the mentions of Jumbo Dosirak by channel, there were about 15,000 on communities, 15,000 on Instagram, and 500 on YouTube.
Riding on the popularity of Jumbo Dosirak, GS25 revealed that the number of members of the GS Retail exclusive app 'Uridongnae GS' increased by 48.2% compared to the same period last year. Additionally, sales of Paldo Dosirak grew by 157.7% year-on-year, and sales in the cup ramen category rose by 40.6%, the company added.

Jumbo Dosirak is an extra-large cup ramen first launched by GS25 on the 31st of last month. It weighs 729g in total, which is 8.5 times more than the existing Paldo Dosirak at 86g, and its width and length measure 27.8cm and 33.5cm respectively, making it large and massive, hence the name Jumbo Dosirak.
