This aims to build a consensus on social values among the younger generation while gathering the voices of youth to support the bid for the 2030 Busan World Expo.
Nam Jeong-eun, Director of the Youth Industry-Academia Division of the city, said, “This Happiness Box was prepared with the concept of Busan supporting youth and youth supporting Busan.” She added, “If we gather the voices of our youth to wish for the success of the 2030 Busan World Expo bid, I believe Busan’s dream will surely come true.” She also said, “I hope this gift will provide warm comfort and small happiness to young people who are exhausted by difficult conditions such as employment and marriage. We will always support Busan youth by looking after their lives overall so that they can stay happily in Busan and achieve their dreams.”
