Lotus Hosts 'Emira' Pop-up Exhibition at Lotte World Tower
Lotus' Last Internal Combustion Engine Sports Car
Lotus official importer Lotus Cars Korea announced on the 20th that it has opened an 'Emira' popup exhibition at the event hall on the 1st floor of Lotte World Tower in Jamsil, Seoul, and will operate it until the 31st of next month.
This vehicle is Lotus's last internal combustion ultra-lightweight sports car. The exhibited model is the Emira V6 First Edition, equipped with a V6 Toyota engine, a top speed of 290 km/h, and a maximum output of 400 horsepower. The curb weight is 1,405 kg, and it takes 4.3 seconds to accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h.
The Emira is released simultaneously in both 6-speed manual and automatic transmission models. This model is Lotus's last manual model.
An event has also been prepared for visitors to the popup exhibition. By applying for 'Receive Quick Information' on the official Lotus website, customers can get not only Emira information but also quick contracts and vehicle delivery. The event results will be announced in August, and various prizes will be awarded, including a 1:18 scale model of the Emira Seneca Blue (3 winners).
Starting with this Emira popup exhibition, Lotus Cars Korea plans to open an official showroom in late September within the core imported car commercial district in Gangnam and simultaneously proceed with pre-orders for the Emira.
A representative from Lotus Cars Korea said, "We are very pleased to be able to showcase the Emira, which offers a stylish driving sensation, to domestic customers in advance through this popup exhibition," adding, "Since Lotus UK headquarters considers Korea a key market, we will continue to cooperate in various ways to support domestic marketing and expand sales channels."
