[Photo] Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation and Internet Promotion Agency Collaborate on Personal Data Protection Technology
The Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation recently announced on the 19th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Internet & Security Agency to mutually cooperate on 'personal information protection and data utilization.' Under the agreement, both organizations will collaborate on technology in the fields of information security and personal data protection. They also plan to expand their cooperation to the emerging area of synthetic data generation and utilization. Since April, the two institutions have been jointly conducting a project to analyze the effectiveness of regional love gift certificates by examining user consumption patterns, sales trends by affiliated stores, and the status of local commercial districts.
