Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry Launches Business Restructuring Consulting for Future Industry Advancement
Selection of 10 Beneficiary Companies
Total Support Worth 18 Million KRW
The Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gyeongnam is officially launching the ‘Core Industry Business Restructuring Consulting Project’ to support companies' entry into future industries.
This project, prepared in collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and Labor and Gyeongsangnam-do, targets small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies in the automotive and machinery equipment sectors within the province. It aims to support the establishment of customized strategies according to future industry response capabilities and types of business restructuring.
The goal of this project is to help companies grow into businesses that secure new markets and create sustainable value, while preventing the enormous economic and social costs caused by corporate restructuring.
Launched for the first time this year, the project began recruiting beneficiary companies in April, and a total of 10 companies were selected through evaluation. The selected companies will receive support over three months, within a total budget limit of 18 million KRW, through specialized consulting institutions, including ▲preliminary management analysis ▲technical and business feasibility analysis ▲patent analysis ▲technology development based on intellectual property rights ▲growth roadmap preparation ▲and business restructuring strategy formulation (industry transition and expansion, business diversification).
