GH Supplies 55 Youth-Type Purchase Rental Houses in 9 Areas Including Suwon
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is recruiting 'Youth-type Purchased Rental Housing Tenants' to stabilize housing for young people.
Youth-type purchased rental housing refers to existing houses such as multi-family houses, multi-unit houses, and officetels that are purchased and supplied to young people without homes at rents lower than market prices.
The houses supplied this time total 55 units and are located in nine areas within the province: Gwangmyeong, Gimpo, Bucheon, Suwon, Ansan, Osan, Yongin, Pyeongtaek, and Hwaseong.
Eligibility for moving in requires being a young person without a home, unmarried, and falling into one of the following categories: university student, job seeker, or aged between 19 and 39 years old.
Based on the third priority criteria, applicants whose income is below 4,024,661 KRW and assets are below 299 million KRW can apply.
The rental conditions are about 30-50% of the surrounding market price, and the rental period is initially 2 years, with a maximum residence of up to 6 years if renewal conditions are met.
The application periods are ▲ July 10-13 (1st priority) ▲ July 24-27 (2nd and 3rd priority) ▲ July 10-23 (highest priority), and applications are accepted via registered mail.
