Umi Construction to Launch Sales of Umi-rin Trishade in Jung-ri, Icheon Next Month
Woomi Construction announced on the 13th that it will supply Icheon Jungri Woomirin Trishade in B2 Block of Jungri Residential Development District, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do next month.
Icheon Jungri Woomirin Trishade will be developed with a total of 849 households in 11 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with an exclusive area of 84㎡. All units are composed of 84㎡, which is highly preferred by actual users, and the floor plans are diversified into A, B, and C types.
The Icheon Jungri District is a residential development district planned for about 4,200 households, including sites for elementary schools (planned) and neighborhood parks (planned). It is especially adjacent to the old downtown area and is located near Icheon City Hall, Icheon Police Station, and Icheon Tax Office.
Icheon Jungri Woomirin Trishade is attracting attention as a demand base for employees working at nearby companies such as SK Hynix, OB Beer, and Icheon City Hall. Additionally, it provides convenient access to the Jungbu Expressway via Seoicheon IC and the Yeongdong Expressway via Icheon IC, and the Gyeonggang Line Icheon Station allows easy travel to Pangyo, Bundang, Gwangju, and Yeoju.
The complex design also has specialized advantages. It is an apartment complex where no vehicles run on the ground level; all vehicles are parked underground (except for neighborhood living facilities), and the ground level is designed as a park. All types are designed mainly facing south and securing park views.
