LG Electronics Conducts 'Whisen' Customer Experience Campaign... Expanding Touchpoints with MZ Generation
Singer Crush Participates in MV Release... Live Concert on the 30th
LG Electronics announced on the 12th that it will conduct a customer experience campaign to add rest and fun to the premium air conditioner brand 'Whisen' image and increase touchpoints with the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z).
This campaign is themed 'Nesihm,' which is 'Whisen' spelled backwards by rotating the English letters 180 degrees. It carries the meaning of supporting a life of rest for the MZ generation with the new Whisen. It also implies starting a turnaround for the life of rest that customers have secretly wished for.
LG Electronics recently released a teaser video featuring a music video symbolizing the differentiated customer experience of Whisen air conditioners with singer Crush, who became an icon of rest by winning the Hangang Spacing Out Contest. The video expresses "a life of doing nothing and doing everything." It shows Crush enjoying rest in a comfortable indoor environment created by LG Whisen air conditioners. The music video "Nesihm. Baram," which Crush participated in writing and composing, is scheduled to be released on the 16th.

On the 30th, a 'Nesihm. Baram Dwingul LIVE' concert will be held at Gwangmyeong Cave in Gwangmyeong City, Gyeonggi Province. The concert will feature singers such as Crush, Be'O, Lucy, and Stella Jang. Audience members can enjoy the concert sitting on comfortable bean bag chairs made by filling large sacks with stuffing while wearing pajama robes. LG Electronics will hold a lottery for consumers who wish to participate in the concert through its official website, providing two tickets each to 70 people.
Jung Sujin, Vice President and Head of Brand Communication at LG Electronics Korea Sales Division, said, "We will promote a differentiated customer experience with Whisen air conditioners’ enhanced clean management and convenient specialized functions," adding, "We will expand touchpoints with various generations, including the MZ generation, by holding concerts themed around the life of rest that customers have secretly wished for."
