Cobra Golf SB Wedge "Equipped with Sharp Grooves"
Core Technology of Snakebite Groove
7 Models Released from 48 Degrees to 60 Degrees
"Provides optimal spin performance around the green."
Cobra Golf, a golf club brand under the global sports brand Puma, unveiled the SB wedge (photo) on the 9th. The upgraded SNAKEBITE groove technology is the key feature. By utilizing a redesigned CNC milling process, the margin of error in groove creation has been minimized. Instead, the groove volume has been maximized to enable aggressive approach shots. The grooves are made 11% deeper, and the edges are 40% sharper. This maximizes the spin amount in Cobra Golf's history.

There are seven models ranging from 48 degrees to 60 degrees loft in 2-degree increments. From 48 to 54 degrees, four products apply standard groove length and depth to deliver consistent spin and trajectory. The 56, 58, and 60-degree wedges feature full-face grooves. Spin does not decrease even on open-face shots where the golf ball hits the toe. Two finishes are offered: satin chrome and QPQ black, which are resistant to scratches.
