Through this agreement, KB Kookmin Bank will support the establishment of a Safe Jeonse Bank that allows users to inquire about and utilize SH Corporation's public jeonse (existing housing jeonse lease and deposit-supported long-term secure housing system) information.
The two organizations plan to collaborate in various areas, including ▲supporting the establishment of the Seoul-type Safe Jeonse Bank and a dedicated rental housing platform ▲researching financial models to develop financial products for the Seoul-type Safe Jeonse Bank and secure funding ▲collaborating to stabilize the public and private rental markets.

Furthermore, the bank will discover housing safety services for vulnerable groups and low-income households, such as linking loans and deposit-related financial services, and jointly promote these initiatives.
