[This Week's IPO] June Second Week Demand Forecast and Subscription Schedule
This month (June) in the second week, Curatis and Proteomec will conduct general subscription offerings.
◆Curatis= The public offering price was set at 4,000 KRW, which is below the lower end of the desired band of 6,500 to 8,000 KRW. The demand forecast competition rate was 52.89 to 1. The general subscription will be held over two days on the 5th and 7th of this month. It is scheduled to be listed on the KOSDAQ market in mid-June, with Daishin Securities and Shin Young Securities jointly serving as lead underwriters.
Curatis is a company specializing in the development of immune-related vaccines and operates both contract manufacturing (CMO) and contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) businesses. Its current main development products are the adult and adolescent tuberculosis vaccine ‘QTP101’ and the next-generation mRNA COVID-19 vaccine ‘QTP104’.
◆Proteomec= The desired public offering price range is 5,400 to 6,600 KRW. On May 31 and June 1, demand forecasting was conducted for institutional investors. The industry expects the public offering price to be below the lower end of the desired price range. The general subscription will be held on the 7th and 8th. The lead underwriter is Kiwoom Securities.
Proteomec is a specialized company that develops and manufactures in vitro diagnostic medical devices. It has proprietary immune diagnostic technology, including the successful development of the world’s largest allergy multiplex diagnostic kit, ‘Protia Allergy Q-128M.’ Unlike existing diagnostic products, Protia Allergy Q-128M applies parallel line-type array manufacturing technology, allowing it to simultaneously test a total of 118 allergens with a minimal amount of serum.
