19,724 New COVID-19 Cases... About 1,800 More Than Last Week
The Central Disease Control Headquarters announced on the 2nd that there were 19,724 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 (cumulative total of 31,747,839 cases).
The number of new cases on this day is 4,880 fewer than the previous day (24,604 cases). Compared to a week ago on the 26th of last month (17,933 cases), it increased by 1,791 cases.
Among the new confirmed cases, 28 were imported from overseas.
The number of critically ill patients currently hospitalized is 155, which is 11 fewer than the previous day.
