Silla University, Hyosim Daycare Center, and Guide Job Collaborate to Train Dementia Care Specialists
Shilla University Lifelong Education Center signed a tripartite business agreement with Hyosim Daycare Center and Guide Job to promote the dementia specialist workforce training program.
The agreement ceremony took place on May 30th at 3 p.m. in Room 126 of Ye-eum Hall at Shilla University, attended by key representatives from each institution, including Kang Kyung-tae, Director of the Lifelong Education Center at Shilla University, Kim Sung-yoon, CEO of Hyosim Daycare Center, and Han Jae-chul, CEO of Guide Job.
According to the agreement, the three institutions will actively cooperate in activities aimed at overcoming dementia among Busan citizens and creating a dementia-friendly society through mutual collaboration in ▲ improving the quality of dementia-related education ▲ enhancing care for local elderly citizens ▲ improving employment opportunities for education completers.

He added, “We expect not only to conclude with education but also to effectively respond to internships and employment for students.”
Shilla University plans to promote various educational programs and projects to enhance its status as a dementia specialist workforce training institution based on this agreement, while Hyosim Daycare Center and Guide Job will also strengthen employment linkage activities and promotion.
