Ottogi announced on the 1st that it has launched two types of "Old-fashioned Hwangtae·Miyeok Rice Tteokguk," rice cake soup made with 100% rice flour, enriched with rich dried pollack and seaweed.
The Old-fashioned Hwangtae Rice Tteokguk features a clear flavor created by combining the umami of dried pollack and the savory taste of egg in a deeply simmered dried pollack broth. The Old-fashioned Miyeok Rice Tteokguk is light and savory, made with rich beef bone broth and stir-fried seaweed. The rice cakes, which are the basic ingredient of tteokguk, are made from 100% rice flour in response to consumers' growing interest in health.
