Seogwipo Fire Station Conducts Special Training for Infection Prevention Committee and Paramedics
Seogwipo Fire Station (Chief Park Gwang-chan) announced on the 31st that it held the first half infection prevention committee meeting for the health and infection prevention of paramedics at the Seogwipo Fire Station CPR training center, and also conducted special training on infection control for paramedics and cardiac arrest patients.
The main contents included special training on types of infectious diseases to be cautious of during field activities and prevention methods, medical waste management, epidemiological characteristics of infectious diseases, and a cardiac arrest dispatch case review invited by a supervising physician.
Chief Park Gwang-chan said, “We will strive to provide high-quality emergency services through systematic management of harmful substance infections and cardiac arrest training for paramedics engaged in field activities.”
