Yeongsangang Regional Environmental Office, Special Inspection of Workplaces in Preparation for the Rainy Season
The Yeongsangang River Basin Environmental Office will conduct special inspections of large-scale business sites in preparation for the rainy season.
From next month until July, inspections will be carried out on 20 large-scale environmental impact assessment sites, including tourist complexes and urban development projects.
The focus will be on evaluating the proper installation of sedimentation tanks, drainage channels, and other facilities to reduce soil runoff, as well as ensuring slope stability through measures such as slope protection structures and greening.
If any violations are found, measures such as work suspension orders, fines, and requests for investigation will be taken.
