The Hyundai Construction consortium announced on the 24th that it plans to supply 'Hillstate Xi Asan Centum' next month in the 2-A11 block area of Asan Tangjeong District, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do.
The complex will be developed on a scale of 787 households across 8 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 74 to 114㎡. The number of households by type is ▲74㎡A 58 units ▲74㎡B 63 units ▲84㎡A 242 units ▲84㎡B 254 units ▲96㎡A 83 units ▲96㎡B 28 units ▲96㎡C 56 units ▲114㎡ 3 units.
In particular, Hillstate Xi Asan Centum is a complex jointly introduced by Hyundai Construction and GS Construction after 2 years, raising expectations for brand premium. The two companies recorded an average competition rate of 50 to 1 in the first priority subscription for 'Hillstate Xi Gyeyang,' which they supplied together in Incheon in 2021, with over 20,000 applications for about 400 units.
Nearby the complex are Asan Display City phases 1 and 2, and the Tangjeong General Industrial Complex, Asan Tangjeong Techno General Industrial Complex phases 1 and 2, and the R&D cluster district are also planned for development.
