Good Chamoe is a product operated as part of ESG management. It consists of 4 to 9 chamoe melons with a sugar content of 12 Brix or higher, and is priced at least 30% cheaper than regular chamoe due to irregular size, shape, or blemishes.
A similar product, 'Good Apple,' also saw cumulative sales this year increase by 117% compared to the previous year. While regular apples accounted for 80% of sales last year and Good Apples 20%, this year the ratio has shifted to an even 50-50, with the share of Good Apples increasing significantly.
