National Safety Invention Challenge, Applications Open Until July 21
On the 22nd, the National Police Agency announced that it will hold a public idea contest to solve safety-related issues.
According to the National Police Agency, the Korean Intellectual Property Office will conduct an idea contest from today until July 21, focusing on ideas to block drug smuggling, prevent everyday crimes, and ensure the safety of firefighters at fire scenes. The National Safety Invention Challenge is a contest aimed at discovering technologies that protect citizens' safety during disasters, accidents, and accident sites.
Individuals or teams can participate, and applications can be submitted through the Korean Intellectual Property Office's idea trading platform, "Idearo" (www.idearo). Ideas selected through expert evaluations in each field will be further developed with field experts and intellectual property specialists and utilized by relevant agencies.
