The pet care service is a program where professional pet sitters visit customers' homes to take care of their pets for up to 12 hours. Step-by-step care services such as customized feeding, play, walking, and hygiene management are provided, and all care processes can be monitored in real-time through the Wayo application (app).
The training service consists of two types: an in-person visit training program where a pet trainer visits directly, and a non-face-to-face video training program. Professional pet trainers, selected through certification by specialized institutions and a four-step internal verification process, conduct customized curriculums for each pet, including socialization training and toilet training.
Customers can receive a linked QR code by visiting GS25 stores, where they can consult about detailed service information and choose the desired service. To commemorate the launch of this service, a discount of up to 5% will be offered until the end of next month.
