Fire Safety Through Song♬ Gyeongnam 119 Firefighting Children's Song Contest

The 19th Gyeongsangnam-do 119 Firefighting Children's Song Contest will be held on the 18th at Yongji Cultural Park in Changwon, Gyeongnam.
According to the Gyeongnam Fire Headquarters, the contest is held for kindergartners and elementary school students in the province to instill safety awareness and create social consensus.
Co-hosted by Gyeongnam Province and the Provincial Office of Education, and sponsored by the Gyeongnam Branch of the Korea Fire Safety Institute and the Busan-Gyeongnam Branch of the Korea Fire Insurance Association, this competition will feature a total of 23 teams with 566 participants, including 16 kindergarten teams with 392 members and 7 elementary school teams with 174 members.
The contest will award 2 Grand Prizes, 2 Excellence Awards, 4 Gold Prizes, 4 Silver Prizes, 11 Merit Awards, and 2 Instructor Awards.
The Grand Prize and Gold Prize winners will receive the Governor's Award, the Excellence and Silver Prize winners will receive the Superintendent of Education Award, and the Merit Award winners will receive awards from the Gyeongnam Branch of the Korea Fire Safety Institute and the Busan-Gyeongnam Branch of the Korea Fire Insurance Association, respectively.
The kindergarten and elementary school teams that win the Grand Prize will represent Gyeongnam Province at the 24th National 119 Firefighting Children's Song Contest, held on September 20 and 21 at the main auditorium of the Incheon Songdo Global Campus.
