Gyeonggi-do Supports 'AI Solution Demonstration' for 30 Automotive SMEs
Gyeonggi Province has selected 30 small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in the automotive sector to carry out the 'Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solution Demonstration Support' project.
This project aims to support problem-solving in processes through AI solution demonstrations and to enhance companies' ability to utilize manufacturing data.
The demonstration support targets small and medium-sized manufacturing companies operating smart factories within the province. The supplying companies are those registered in the AI supplier pool of the 'Regional Specialized Manufacturing Data Activation Project.'
From the 17th of this month until the 16th of next month, applicants can check the announcement on the Gyeonggi Technopark website and submit the relevant documents via email (daehongie@gtp.or.kr). Selected companies will receive up to 40 million KRW in support.

Kim Hyun-dae, Director of the Future Growth Industry Bureau of the province, stated, "Manufacturing, especially the rapidly growing future car sector, is a key industry of Gyeonggi Province and requires continuous investment. Through promoting the AI-based future car manufacturing data activation project, we will support the successful industry transition and manufacturing innovation of local companies."
