Geumcheon-gu, Korea Association of Realtors Sign MOU for 'Public Project Site Discovery'
Mutual cooperation with Korea Association of Realtors to discover sites for public projects
Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on May 12 with the Geumcheon-gu branch of the Seoul Southern District of the Korea Association of Realtors for the 'Discovery of Sites for Public Projects.'
Until now, project managers faced limitations in identifying all unused sites within the region, finding suitable sites, and directly concluding sales contracts with landowners.
Through this agreement, Geumcheon-gu will mutually cooperate with the Association of Realtors to facilitate smooth progress in discovering project sites for infrastructure construction.
The agreement includes ▲ cooperation in providing information to discover suitable sites ▲ assistance to facilitate sales through consultations with landowners and related parties △ and other matters recognized as necessary for cooperation.
