A Man in His 40s Arrested for Repeated Assault and Property Damage While Roaming Bars
A man in his 40s who assaulted a pedestrian after an argument in front of a bar was arrested by the police.
The Gwangju Dongbu Police Station announced on the 12th that they have booked A (in his 40s) on charges of assault, property damage, and damage to public property.
A is accused of repeatedly punching B (in his 50s) in the face around 8 p.m. the previous day in front of a bar in Daein-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju.
He also damaged items and flowerpots at several bars and inns in the Daein-dong area on multiple occasions.
After being arrested on the spot following a resident's report, he caused a disturbance and damaged property in the detention center as well.
