The Marriott Hotel Seoul's signature bingsu, 'Jeju Apple Mango Bingsu,' will be released with an upgraded recipe compared to last year. It features carefully selected Jeju apple mango and lemon sorbet, which is made daily by the hotel's pastry chef. Mango pur?e and condensed milk add a sweet and tangy flavor to the bingsu.
The new menu item, 'Ssuk Cream Bingsu,' includes milk-based ice and sweet toppings. It is topped with ssuk (mugwort) along with traditional Korean desserts Omegitteok and Yakgwa, and is drizzled with a mixture of condensed milk and chocolate syrup to create a unique taste.

Both bingsu varieties will be available at The Lounge on the 8th floor of Marriott Hotel Seoul from May 15 to September 17.
