View original imageThe Health Butler AI Chatbot is an AI consultation service for mild illnesses, providing a function to receive answers to health-related questions free of charge 24 hours a day. Based on ChatGPT, it learns from the non-face-to-face medical user data collected by Uju Yakbang, enabling basic consultations on simple symptoms, delivery of information related to diseases and procedures, and guidance for psychological counseling such as daily stress.
The chatbot conducts a primary consultation based on user questions and connects users to specialists and psychological counselors registered with Uju Yakbang according to the symptoms. Users can acquire basic information about their illness and then apply for non-face-to-face medical treatment through the chat window.
