VD Company Selected as Supplier for Small Business Smart Store Technology Distribution Project
Support for Integrated Restaurant Management Solutions
Supporting Digitalization of Small Businesses and Increasing Operational Efficiency
VD Company announced on the 3rd that it has been selected as a supplier company for the 'Small Business Smart Store' technology dissemination project, organized by the Small Enterprise and Market Service. This project promotes 4th Industrial Revolution technologies such as serving robots and table orders, supporting approximately 4,400 stores this year. It is divided into future-type (introduction of one or more collaborative robots, with support up to 15 million KRW) and general-type (introduction of one or more key or specialized technologies, with support up to 5 million KRW), allowing support of up to 70% of the technology supply cost.
VD Company has participated in the Small Business Smart Store technology dissemination project since 2021 and supplied solutions to over 80 small business stores nationwide last year. This year, it provides the most optimized solutions for domestic dining establishments to support store automation. Amid rising labor costs and worsening manpower shortages in the dining industry, the company aims to maximize the efficiency of store operation systems.
