Korean Housing Association Hosts Korea-Japan International Seminar on Housing Service Win-Win Forum
The Korea Housing Association, a non-profit organization, will hold the "9th Housing Service Win-Win Forum Korea-Japan International Seminar" on the 3rd at the Novotel Ambassador Hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The seminar is organized to focus on discussing the current status and implications of the redevelopment of aging residential areas in new towns such as Senri, Tama, Senboku, and Hibarigaoka in Japan, and to seek solutions to domestic issues.
A large number of housing experts from Korea and Japan are expected to attend the seminar, which will include a breakfast forum, seminar sessions (Parts 1 to 3), and a dinner forum.
At the breakfast forum, following an explanation of the planning background and significance of the Korea-Japan discussion meeting (presented by Youngho Yoon, Director of Housing Research at the Korea Housing Association), Geunyong Kim, Director of the Housing Welfare Forum (Adjunct Professor at Hanyang University), is scheduled to chair the discussion.

Seminar Part 1 will cover the redevelopment of aging residential areas, Part 2 will address residential area reorganization and revitalization, and Part 3 will focus on regional revitalization and management systems.
