Renault Korea Sells 9,580 Units in April... Both Year-on-Year and Month-on-Month Decline
56.8% and 40.1% Decline Respectively
Domestic QM6, Export XM3 Performance
Renault Korea Motors announced on the 2nd that it recorded sales of 9,580 units in April. This represents a decline of 56.8% and 40.1% compared to the same period last year and last month, respectively.
In the domestic market, the company sold 1,801 units. The QM6 was the best-selling model with 994 units, marking a 17.4% increase compared to the same period last year. This is attributed to the partial facelift of the QM6 and the launch of the Quest model. The Quest model saw 180 units delivered last month. The second best-selling model was the XM3, with 612 units sold. The proportion of higher trims RE and above reached about 87%. By engine type, 81 units of the E-TECH hybrid, 106 units of the 1.3ℓ turbo gasoline, and 425 units of the 1.6 GTe were delivered. The mid-size sedan SM6 sold 195 units.

Exports totaled 7,779 units. The XM3 led with 5,588 units, and by engine type, the E-TECH hybrid was first with 2,037 units. The QM6 was exported in 2,177 units.
