Gwangju Buk-gu Council to Receive Resident Reports for Administrative Audit
The Gwangju Buk-gu Council announced on the 1st that it will receive resident reports to gather public opinions ahead of the administrative audit scheduled for the 287th 1st regular session next month.
The subjects of the reports include illegal or improper cases related to work, suggestions or improvements regarding major district policies and projects, cases of improper subsidy receipt and budget waste, and the submission period is until the 31st of this month.
However, matters that infringe on personal privacy, personal attacks, simple requests for complaint resolution, issues under trial or investigation, and anonymous reports are excluded. The reported content will be used as reference material for the administrative audit.
Reports can be submitted through the Buk-gu Council website, visits, mail, or fax, and the identity of the reporter will be strictly protected.

A Buk-gu Council official stated, "The purpose of the administrative audit is not only to ensure efficient administration but also to promote the interests of Buk-gu residents and regional development," adding, "We hope residents will take great interest and actively participate in reporting for a successful administrative audit."
