Companies in Gyeonggi-do to Submit Regulatory Improvement Reports Online
Companies in Gyeonggi Province can now report regulatory improvements online.
On the 1st, Gyeonggi Province announced that it has established an online submission portal on the provincial website where companies can directly apply, to revitalize the Visiting Corporate Regulation Reporting Center.
For reported issues that can be resolved simply, the province will provide on-site consulting to alleviate difficulties. If legal or institutional improvements are necessary, the relevant provincial departments will review the opinions and propose them to central government ministries.
The province previously operated the Visiting Corporate Regulation Reporting Center about 60 times over the past three years from 2020 to 2022.
