During the internship, mentoring, job training, and project execution will be conducted in relevant departments of each sector. After completing the internship, candidates will undergo evaluation and executive-level interviews, and outstanding performers will be hired as new employees.

The recruitment process for these sectors proceeds without a written test.
KB Kookmin Bank also conducts recruitment in the ESG Shared Growth sector, which started in 2021. The bank plans to hire persons with disabilities, children of multicultural families, North Korean defectors, basic livelihood security recipients, and veterans as well.
