On the 27th at around 6:30 PM, the Changwon city bus union council and the management reached an agreement on wage collective bargaining under the mediation of Changwon City in Gyeongnam.
▲Wage increased by 3.5% compared to the hourly rate ▲Accident-free allowance raised to 100,000 KRW ▲Retirement age set at 63 ▲Summer vacation allowance increased to 600,000 KRW ▲Agreed to provide 1,000,000 KRW in tuition fees over 2 years per university student child.
Regarding the major issue of converting bonuses to hourly wages, it was decided to follow the decision of the Labor-Management-Government Council.
