On the 22nd, Park In-bee announced on her social media service (SNS), "I have given birth to a healthy daughter. Both the baby and I are healthy," and expressed her gratitude, saying, "Thank you so very much for all the congratulations." She continued, "The two of us arrived at the hospital, and in 24 hours, we became three," adding, "We will live happily." She also wrote, "A moment when all mothers in the world are so deeply respected. Mom! Thank you for giving birth to meㅠㅠ."
The LPGA Tour also shared the news of Park In-bee becoming a mother with fans through its official social media accounts. Many fellow golfers, including Kim Ha-neul, Danielle Kang (USA), and Suzann Pettersen (Norway), congratulated her in the comments.
Park In-bee is a ‘living legend’ who has won a total of 21 LPGA Tour titles, including 7 majors. She achieved the ‘Career Grand Slam’ by winning the 2015 British Women’s Open and added a gold medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics to become a ‘Career Golden Slammer.’ Between 2013 and 2018, she held the world No. 1 ranking in women’s golf for a total of 106 weeks.

Park In-bee married swing coach Nam Ki-hyeop, a former Korean Professional Golfers’ Association (KPGA) player, in 2014. She announced her pregnancy last year and went on maternity leave. Park In-bee has not clearly stated whether she will return to the field after her maternity leave.
