Police Chief "Considering Command Visit to China"
Yoon Hee-geun, Commissioner of the National Police Agency, delivered a letter to the Chinese Ministry of Public Security requesting cooperation in the arrest of three senior figures involved in the drug beverage case currently in China.
According to the National Police Agency on the 21st, Commissioner Yoon sent the letter to the Chinese Ministry of Public Security the previous day, urging prompt joint investigation efforts. The Chinese Ministry of Public Security also agreed to actively cooperate.
On the same day, Commissioner Yoon held a director-level meeting, urging swift arrests and extradition, and instructed to consider a visit by the police leadership to China.
