SK Innovation Celebrates 100 Days of New Employees, the 'Future Pillars'
New employees at SK Innovation, taking their first steps as members of society, marked their 100th day at the company by solidifying their identity as 'SK-in'.
On the 21st, SK Innovation announced that it conducted the Happiness Walk, a communication program for employees, to celebrate the 100th day of new employees joining the company. The activities were designed to support the growth of new employees and encourage their first steps as working adults. They had self-branding sessions including personal color diagnosis and profile photo shoots.
New employees of SK Innovation are wearing T-shirts wishing for the successful bid of the 2030 Busan World Expo to commemorate their 100th day since joining the company on the 20th, and are taking a commemorative photo.
View original imageThe new employees received personal color diagnoses to find hair, makeup, and clothing styles that suit them, and discussed the image they wanted to portray with professional photographers during the photo shoot. The photos taken will be used as their internal images and applied to employee IDs and internal messengers.
Additionally, the new employees participated in plogging activities during the 'Sanhaejinmi Week.' Wearing T-shirts supporting the bid for the 2030 Busan World Expo, they walked around the Cheonggyecheon area picking up trash.
Leaders of the organizations to which the new employees belong also sent surprise congratulatory videos to celebrate the 100th day since their joining. The leaders encouraged them with messages such as, "We hope you take care of your health and happiness and enjoy your work life."
