Gyeongnam Nonghyup Holds Farming Support Launch Ceremony in Jinju... Launches Rural Labor Assistance
Gyeongnam Nonghyup held a farming support launch ceremony on the 19th at Daeam Village, Jiphyeon-myeon, Jinju-si, Gyeongnam.
The event was organized to inform the public about the need for helping hands during the farming season and to support farmers who are struggling with labor shortages.

In addition to helping hands for rural farming, the event included a ceremony for delivering farming machinery, a social contribution fund donation ceremony, a dedication ceremony for rural social contribution projects, a business agreement between Jangsaeng Doraji and Jinju Jungbu Nonghyup for rural-urban cooperation, mural painting in the village, and flower path creation. These activities aimed to revitalize rural areas facing extinction by creating villages that attract people, have abundant work, and are desirable places to live.
Gyeongnam Nonghyup plans to support 190,000 people in rural fields during the farming season through the 2023 Gyeongnam University Student Rural Workforce Support Group, Gyeongnam-type farming machinery work teams, rural farming workforce social service orders, and operation of the Rural Employment Workforce Brokerage Center to resolve the shortage of rural labor.
