Touraz is the first B2B-based integrated platform for the domestic tourism industry. It was designed to provide a digital collaboration space for tourism-related organizations and companies such as local governments, RTOs, and travel agencies, and to promote business innovation by gathering various policy projects in one place to expand participation opportunities.
The main feature of Touraz is the ‘Work Space,’ where key stakeholders from the public and private sectors, industry, and academia can independently create spaces and support collaboration with other companies. Additionally, tourism industry workers can share diverse ideas and information and mutually assist in discovering new business models.
The platform comprehensively services tourism policy support projects from the government, local governments, and related organizations through the ‘Announcement and Notice’ function. This provides a one-stop service where applicants do not have to visit each local government or RTO website individually but can obtain all information and apply in one place.
Furthermore, through the ‘Customized Data Analysis’ service that provides tailored industry information such as global tourism trends and visitor statistics, the ‘Korea Tourism Data Lab’ offers various integrated analysis services based on tourism big data from mobile communications, credit cards, navigation, social media, and more.
