MFDS Suspends Sales and Recalls Bread Contaminated with Food Poisoning Bacteria

View original imageThe Ministry of Food and Drug Safety announced on the 18th that Staphylococcus aureus, a food poisoning bacterium, was detected in the 'Fig Dacquoise' product manufactured and sold by the food manufacturing and processing company 'Bbangdeumeal' (located in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi Province), and that sales of the product have been suspended and a recall has been initiated.
The recall target is the product with a manufacturing date marked as April 7, 2023.
