A BBQ representative said, “The secret to BBQ Chicken’s success is maintaining the authentic Korean taste without localizing the flavor. While American-style chicken is fried in large quantities and sold in portions, BBQ Chicken is cooked to order, resulting in chicken that is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, seasoned with various seasonings, sauces, and recipes developed in-house, making Korean-style chicken popular.”
