According to the county on the 16th, the Jangseong Women's New Work Center signed a "workplace partnership agreement" with women-friendly partner companies on the 11th. Women-friendly partner companies are those that implement employment policies aimed at creating jobs for women and fostering women-friendly workplaces.

The companies in Jangseong-gun participating in the agreement include ▲Gaon FS Co., Ltd. ▲Shalom House ▲Jangseong-gun Family Center ▲Jangseong Hyewon Hospital ▲Cherry Buro Co., Ltd. ▲Taeyoung Electronics Co., Ltd. ▲PR Tech Co., Ltd. ▲Hanil Gudeuljang Co., Ltd. ▲Hong Gil-dong Daycare Center ▲Hyoja Home Care Senior Welfare Center, totaling 10 companies.

The partner companies will strive to eliminate gender discrimination in hiring, promotion, and wages, and actively recruit female workers. They will also take the lead in creating a work environment conducive to women, including support for work-family balance.

The New Work Center provides various benefits to partner companies, such as linking new probationary employees, prioritizing support for corporate environment improvement projects, and offering gender equality awareness improvement education.

A Jangseong-gun official said, "We expect this agreement to contribute to improving the working environment for women and realizing gender equality in employment."

Meanwhile, the Jangseong Women's New Work Center is an institution that supports women whose careers have been interrupted due to reasons such as pregnancy and childbirth to participate in economic activities. It offers various employment support services, including job counseling, vocational training, and follow-up management.
