The Busan branch of the Minbu Policy Research Institute, a non-profit organization, has resumed its grassroots activities to communicate with the citizens of Yangsan.
On the 14th, the Busan branch of Minbu announced that on the 8th, its committee members visited the regional office of National Assembly member Kim Doo-kwan (Gyeongnam Yangsan-eul) to hold a monthly meeting, spending time communicating with and serving local residents.
On that day, Jo Young-jin, head of the Busan branch of Minbu, and about 20 members held the monthly meeting in Yangsan, then walked along the nearby Hoeyagang Riverside Trail to listen to residents' complaints and engage in communication. They conducted a "plogging" event, combining picking up trash with walking and jogging.
