"View Real-Time Car Maintenance Status" BMW Launches 'Service Live'
BMW Group Korea will start operating a service live system from the 17th, providing real-time remote updates on vehicle maintenance status to customers using official AS services.
This system offers a non-face-to-face service that provides customers with photos or video materials of the inspection and repair process of vehicles brought into official service centers. Materials related to vehicle maintenance are delivered via text messages. Customers can conveniently communicate remotely about inspection results or additional repairs needed.
While the work is in progress after the vehicle is brought in, the service technician uploads videos and photos of any special notes about the vehicle to Service Live. Then, the service advisor sends a text message to the customer, who can check the updated information through the URL link in the message.
