Naver Webtoon and Ubisoft Collaborate for Global Serialization of 'Assassin's Creed'
Naver Webtoon announced on the 13th that it will simultaneously serialize "Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple" in five global languages including Korean, English, Indonesian, Japanese, and French in collaboration with global game company Ubisoft. This work is produced by Redice Studio and is scheduled to be serialized starting from the 24th.
"Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple" continues the story from the game "Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag." The main story follows Edward Kenway, who became a pirate after the unification of the Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, as he searches for the Pieces of Eden along the coasts of Southeast Asia. Noah, Edward Kenway's Korean-American descendant living in modern times, also appears.
The Assassin's Creed series is known for its faithful historical accuracy, and this work will showcase various historical events within the game. Through a story that travels between the past and present, it is expected that new readers will also be able to enjoy it easily.
