Gwangju City Sports Council Selected 4 Locations for Sunrise and Moonrise Community Sports Classes Project
The Gwangju Metropolitan City Sports Council (Chairman Jeon Gap-su) announced on the 12th that four locations were selected for the 2023 Sunrise and Moonrise Community Sports Class project, organized by the Korea Sports Council, securing a budget of approximately 22.6 million won.
The Sunrise and Moonrise Community Sports Class is a project that supports physical activities for local residents from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
It is operated by assigning instructors in areas with a large population of community sports participants or outdoor plazas frequently visited by local residents.

The four locations are: Sansu-dong Cultural Square in Dong-gu (Gukhak Qigong), Cheonbyeon in Dongcheon-dong, Seo-gu (Diet Dance), Bongseon Park in Nam-gu (Community Gymnastics), and Eungam Park in Cheomdan, Gwangsan-gu (Aerobics).
