Audi Successfully Concludes Korea Finals of A/S Service and Technology Competition
Audi Korea announced on the 10th that it successfully completed the Korean finals of the customer service and maintenance skills competition, 'Audi Twin Cup 2023,' held over two days on the 8th and 9th.
The Audi Twin Cup is an annual event conducted worldwide to enhance the service capabilities of Audi A/S service staff. It has been held in Korea since 2008. The competition is divided into the Service category, which tests customer response skills and product knowledge, and the Technology category, which evaluates maintenance technical skills.
This year's Korean finals featured 56 participants from 29 teams (10 teams in the Service category and 19 teams in the Technology category) who achieved excellent results in the preceding online test.
The evaluation was based on common situations encountered at official service centers, considering both theory and practical scenarios. It included team practical tests conducted on actual vehicles and individual written tests covering customer response and maintenance skills.
